I hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day weekend! We spent our weekend relaxing with family, hitting up the beach, shopping for sales, and eating blackberry cobbler. It was delicious!
As soon as the weather starts getting cooler in the South, I start feeling motivated for outdoor workouts. Walking, jogging, whatever. But then I remember I have Zumba DVDs, weights and resistance bands and think to myself, “What’s taken you so long? Just do it!”

“Get it, girl” is a reminder for me to go out there and work my butt off. I want to look like I did when I was 24 again. And for that, I have to work for it.
