I thought I’d start off with something a little different this year, although you shouldn’t be surprised if you’ve been following my fitness journey. FitBit – Want to know what’s more fun that finishing a workout? Seeing how many calories you actually torched during your workout, and seeing your daily progress! FitBits allow you to monitor more than just your weight, and they even allow you to compete with family and friends. (I have an Apple Watch that I absolutely love, but they tend to be more pricey).
Hair Tie Bracelet Holder – Raise your hands if you lose hair ties. I don’t know what happens, but I lose them all the time. This pretty bracelet holds your hair tie for you while allowing you to look (a bit) put together. So pretty yet functional.
Essential Oil Diffuser Starter Kit – I recently got an essential oil diffuser and a starter pack of oils from Amazon and we both love it! My favorite concoction is lavender oil and tea tree oil at night. This kit has everything your yogi needs to reach “om.”
Bluetooth Earbuds – I bought these earbuds over a year ago and they’re still going strong! They’re perfect for jogging outdoors, or for super early workouts when you don’t want to wake anyone up with your workout playlist.
