Beautycounter Holiday Skincare Gift Sets
Instant Awakening Trio
Dewy skin seems to be what everyone wants nowadays. Fall and winter means that we have to change up our skincare routine and get a little more diligent with exfoliation and hydration. The perfect pick-me-up for stressed-out skin, this trio contains everything you need to reveal your most radiant skin, perk up tired eyes and enjoy a dewy, pearlescent finish—all over.
This set has my personal favorite, the Overnight Resurfacing Peel and TWO brand new products that I hope will be sticking around after the holidays! The Instant Awakening Trio introduces the new Instant Glow Illuminating Cream and the Eye Revive Cooling Masks. I love that you’re almost getting a full-size bottle of the resurfacing peel, so if you’ve been wanting to try this amazing peel now’s the perfect time to try it at a fraction of the price.
Overnight Resurfacing Peel
This amazing peel is one of those items I will never travel without! It has helped my acne scarring lighten, and my pores have never looked this small! It’s done wonders for my skin’s texture, and if you’re an oily, acne-prone gal, you just know how important this is!

It’s formulated without formaldehyde-based preservatives found in other peels. Glycolic acid improves your skin’s texture by resurfacing and exfoliating. Lactic acid helps stimulate cell renewal, and the malic acid + citric acid helps even skin tone. This is my holy grail and you’re gonna have to rip it out of my stiff, dead hands before I give it up. #lovelovelove
All you do is apply 1-2 pumps to a clean face and neck 3-4 times per week. Allow product to fully absorb for 5 minutes before following up with your moisturizer.
Instant Glow Illuminating Cream
A brand new product at Beautycounter, this lightweight lotion gives a dewy look to your face and décolleté without silicones. It’s made with hydrating shea butter and aloe leaf to soothe and hydrate skin. You can use it over your moisturizer for an extra dewy look, or under your makeup for a lit-from-within look.
I use it over Dew Skin (tinted moisturizer with SPF 20) and it gives my skin a gorgeous dewy look without any shimmer.
This has made my skin look aaaahhmazing. I also use it on my collar bones and shoulders, and top it off with a light dusting Sunkissed from the First Light Highlighter set.
See how the Instant Glow Illuminating Cream gives my skin a “lit from within glow” here and here.
Eye Revive Cooling Masks
If you love sheet masks, these hydrating + plumping eye masks are going to knock your socks off. I mean, the key ingredients are cucumber extract and aloe leaf so you KNOW it’s good stuff!
Traditional sheet masks contain potentially unsafe ingredients like BHT (a hormone disruptor), retinol, and parabens. The drugstore ones I just tossed were full of parabens, no thank you. (Beautycounter does not use retinol in its products, as listed in The Never List).
Apply to clean skin under eye. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then discard. Gently pat the remainder of the product into the skin (read my post on how I use a rose quartz roller to help my skin absorb serums). The set has four sets, which used 1x a week will last you a month or more. (I really hope they keep them after the holidays!)
Charcoal Essentials
Cue the angels singing because here’s another one of my favorite safer beauty must-haves: charcoal! If you have oily or acne-prone skin like me, trust me and make friends with charcoal. It’ll have your back. The Charcoal Essentials was one of last season’s best-selling holiday sets and I’m so happy Beautycounter brought it back!
In case you didn’t know, charcoal binds to things. In this case, “things” being the gunk in your pores like dead skin cells and oil (sebum) that cause breakouts. Um, yes, sign me up! The No. 3 Balancing Facial Mask is a must-have in my skincare regimen, and I love that it has no synthetic fragrances or artificial colorants. The salicylic acid helps in cell turnover to smooth and refine your skin, which also helps prevent breakouts.
The Charcoal Cleansing Bar is so popular that I’ve experienced real FOMO by not buying this before. All the acne-prone customers swear by it, and, since it has organic Witch Hazel in it I can see why it’s so popular!
The Charcoal Essentials set also contains generous amounts of product (read: almost full-size!) at a great price, so it’s a great way to try them. A perfect gift to #treatyoself or anyone suffering from oily or acne-prone skin.
Glow & Go Mini Oils
You. Need. These. Mini. Oils. Trust me, you NEED them! The Glow & Go Mini Oils set sold out last holiday, and it may sell out again! I recently learned for myself how using an oil at night transforms oily skin! Sounds like sorcery, but it works!
The set contains No. 1 Brightening Oil–an Allure Best of Beauty Winner which I’ve been dying to try, No. 2 Plumping Oil, and No. 3 Balancing Oil (my personal fave).
Perfect size for travel, splitting up for stocking stuffers, or pairing with a hand lotion (see below) and a Star bucks gift card.
Now through December 24th, Beautycounter will donate one set of Glow & Go Mini Oils (up through 3,000 sets) to a cancer patient at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center. So, treat yourself and participate in a philanthropy for a good cause!
Best of Beautycounter
If you’ve ever wanted to try anything from Beautycounter, THIS is the set you want. It’s called the Best of Beautycounter for a reason. You already know why I love the charcoal mask (above), but this bundle is full of other best-sellers in safer skincare:
Cleansing Balm – A skincare trifecta and multi-tasker: daily cleanser, makeup-removing balm and overnight mask. Formulated with nutrient-rich raspberry and cranberry seed oils and vitamin C. This jar lasts and lasts and lasts.
Countermatch Adaptive Moisture Lotion – This lightweight moisturizer adjusts to skin’s needs throughout the day.
No. 1 Brightening Facial Oil – Allure “Best of Beauty” Award Winner, this lightweight citrus-scented facial oil with vitamin C quickly absorbs and penetrates to awaken and replenish skin.
The Best of Beautycounter is a set I’d get for myself honestly, haha.
Beautycounter Holiday Body Gift Sets
Holiday Hand Creams
This set is already a top seller since holiday launched October 15th! This set sold out last year, and although word is this set won’t sell out, I’m not so sure! The Holiday Hand Cream Trio tubes fit perfectly into your handbag, gym bag, travel duffel or diaper bag. They’re safe enough to use on yourself and your littles’ hands, too!
The new golden tube’s called Monoi, a scent created by soaking gardenia petals in coconut oil, also has Ylang Ylang oil and squalane -another skincare powerhouse. It’s no wonder it’s popular! (Plus, at $30 for the set, it’s easily split into small gifts and stockings!)
Travel Body Essentials
Am I the only one who despises the scents of hotel soaps, body washes and hand creams? The Travel Body Essentials is perfect for the jet-setter who’s aware of safer beauty. The delicious scent of citrus mimosa sounds like the perfect brunch beverage LOL but it’s actually named after the mimosa flower with the addition of citrus essential oils. But, hey, I won’t tell if you don’t. ;)
And last, but certainly not least…
Counterman Preview Gift Set
The highly-anticipated Counterman Preview Gift Set is back! A similar set debuted last holiday and made another appearance earlier this year, and both times it was sold out! This set just dropped in price to $45! Treat the dapper man in your life to safer skincare (cuz let’s be honest…they’re our children too LOL). Set includes a daily exfoliating cleanser, smoothing shave cream, oil-free face lotion, and a cooling aftershave tonic housed in a dopp-style bag. Perfect for travel!
